Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the studio located?
We’re located at 4801 N University Avenue, Suite 145, Provo, UT 84604, in The Shops at Riverwoods — just across the parking lot from Roxberry Juice Co. We can’t wait to welcome you in!
Is parking available?
Yes! There’s plenty of free parking around the studio.
Do you have changing rooms/showers?
We don’t have dedicated changing rooms or showers, but we do have a clean and spacious restroom you’re welcome to use for quick changes.
What should I wear to class?
Grip socks are required for safety — if you don’t have a pair, we’ve got you covered at the studio. Wear comfortable, flexible clothing like leggings or shorts with a t-shirt or tank.
What’s your cancellation or no-show policy?
We charge a $15 fee for cancellations made less than 8 hours before class. This helps keep spots open for everyone who wants to join.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes — we offer a variety of class packs and memberships on our website, including unlimited options so you can find what works best for you and your goals.
How do guest passes work?
Each membership includes 2 guest passes every month. You can use them to bring one friend twice or two different friends once each — their class is on us! It’s a fun way to share the workout (and the burn) with someone you love.
Do I need to sign up in advance, or can I drop in?
We recommend signing up ahead of time since classes often fill up online, but drop-ins are welcome if space is available!
How long are the classes?
Each class is 45 minutes of full-body movement.
How many people are in each class?
Classes are kept small, up to 10 clients per session, so you get personal attention from your instructor.
What’s the difference between mat Pilates and reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates is done on the floor using body weight and small props. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with springs and a sliding carriage, offering smooth resistance, more intensity, and a wider range of exercises for every muscle group.
Do you sell apparel?
We do! We currently offer sweatshirts and Pilates grip socks, with more fun studio merch coming soon.
What happens if I’m late to class?
Classes start right on time with a guided warm-up to help you move safely. If you arrive late, the instructor will do their best to get you started when it’s safe to join. However, if you’re more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to allow entry for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding — we want each workout to be safe and effective for everyone.
